Fulfillment Policy

Refunds:
At Elevate Designs, we strive to deliver exceptional quality and service to all our clients. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for any services rendered or products delivered. Once a project has commenced, all payments are considered final.

Cancellations:
Cancellation of services is governed by the terms outlined in your signed contract agreement. If you wish to cancel a service, please refer to your contract for specific cancellation terms and conditions. A copy of your signed contract can be accessed through the client support portal or by submitting a support ticket to our team.

Returns:
Since our business is service-based, we do not offer returns on any of the services provided.

Delivery of Goods:
Upon completing the full term of your contract, the website will be fully paid for, and you will receive access to a digital download of your website. If the contract is canceled before the full term is completed, you may still obtain the digital download by paying the remaining balance of your contract.
